Terms & Conditions

1. Appointment and Cancellation:

Clients are required to schedule appointments in advance.
A minimum notice of 3 days is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Deposits are non-refundable.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other appointments.

2. Health and Medical Considerations:

Clients must provide accurate health and medical information during the intake process.
Massage therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client's health condition poses a risk.
Clients with contagious conditions are encouraged to reschedule their appointments.

3. Scope of Practice:

Massage therapists will only provide services within their scope of practice and training.
Clients should communicate their preferences and needs to the therapist during the session.

4. Communication:

Clients should communicate any discomfort, pain, or changes in their health before and during the session.
Massage therapists may ask for feedback to ensure client comfort and safety.

5. Informed Consent:

Clients provide informed consent for massage therapy treatments. Clients understand that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care and should not be used as a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment.

6. Professional Conduct:

Respectful and professional behavior is expected from both clients and massage therapists.
Inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session.

7. Payment and Pricing:

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment accepted are cash, Venmo, Zelle, & debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice. Clients will be informed of any pricing updates.

8. Confidentiality:

Client information and records will be kept confidential in compliance with relevant privacy laws.

9. Liability Waiver:

Clients understand that there are inherent risks associated with massage therapy and release the therapist from liability for any injuries or adverse reactions.

10. Minors and Guardians:

Clients under the age of 18 require parental or guardian consent and accompaniment during the session.

11. Dispute Resolution:

Disputes will be resolved with honor through open communication or mediation.

12. Amendments and Updates:

The massage therapy terms and conditions may be updated, and clients will be informed of any changes.

13. Termination of Services:

Massage therapists reserve the right to terminate a session if a client's behavior is inappropriate or if the therapist feels uncomfortable or unsafe.
